When Mr. Lavin arrived at OSI, it was just a modest family food business which had one client- the McDonald’s. They were dealing with meat processing and supplying to the McDonald’s which at the time had just joined the food business. His accomplishment is that after joining, he transformed the company into a multi-billion business that has a presence in over 17 countries. The company has also opened over 65 production plants in different parts of the world to serve their customers.
